my credentials?

I am licensed as an LPCC in the state of Ohio (yes, that Ohio). I earned my masters of education in clinical mental health counseling from Kent State University in December 2022 and began working as an LPC in January 2023. In March of 2026, I took a big leap and started my own solo practice. Before counselor, I tried to figure out what to do with a couple of art degrees, but no job has fit me as well as counseling does.

what's my deal?

I'm a big ole psychotherapy nerd. I haven't been able to stop myself from reading and learning more and more since I started my counseling journey. I have a lot of thoughts and I enjoy writing. I have experience teaching outside of the mental health field. I'd like to venture into the world of speaking, providing continuing education, and consulting services, but one thing at a time.
